I made a delicious whole grain pancake recently thanks to a recipe at the Whole Grains Council website. The pancakes were so moist and amazing with a dollop of yogurt and the berry topping. I tweaked the recipe by adding 2 Tablespoons flaxseed and used 2% milk. I also used a mixture of berries in the topping and cut back some on the added sugar.
