Easy Peel & Eat Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 # medium size headless shell-on shrimp
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1.5-2 Tablespoons Old Bay lower sodium seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Pickapeppa Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place shrimp in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Pour shrimp out onto foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes then turn shrimp over and bake another 6-8 minutes or until done. Avoid overcooking.
  • Serve with warm or cold.

Notes

Please note that even though the sodium level for this recipe is very high, the seasoning is added to the shells which are discarded before eating.
