Mexican Stuffed Peppers
Mexican stuffed peppers made with 3 ingredients for the easiest meal ever! Chili and cheese stuffed peppers make a great snack or party food.
- 12 mini peppers
- 12 oz chili
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse peppers and cut in half. Remove seeds. Place peppers on a foil lined baking sheet.
Fill pepper halves with chili then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until peppers are tender and chili is bubbly.
