Hamburger Vegetable Soup
Hamburger vegetable soup is a family favorite meal. Uses common pantry and freezer items and can be easily made low carb with a few tweaks. Cook up a batch for a neighbor or friend who needs a comforting meal.
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 32 oz beef broth, lower sodium
- 14.5 oz canned tomatoes, diced
- 14.5 oz canned green beans
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 3/4 cup corn
- 3/4 cup cooked pasta
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp thyme, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
In a medium size soup pot, brown ground beef over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings as needed.
