A 10 minute lunch idea that's fresh and delicious! Crunchy sourdough with a kick of honey mustard and covered with sliced tomatoes, avocado and a thick slice of melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp. honey mustard
  • 1-2 slices tomato
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Toast bread lightly then spread honey mustard on.
  • Add sliced avocado, tomatoes and cheese.
  • Place under broiler just until cheese melts.
