Here’s a low carb Thanksgiving appetizer idea that is both delicious and filling. You can mix and match your veggies and appetizers to include your favorites- other ideas might include mushrooms, pickles, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli, etc. I served my veggie platter with a sour cream- based dip which partners well with all the crunchy veggies!
