I discovered this pizza recipe at Serious Eats a few months ago and it is brilliant. I’ve now made this pizza at least 5 times and each time I have varied the toppings from simply cheese to pepperoni and olives… you name it! Just try to avoid overloading your pizza with high moisture veggies unless you cook or saute them first. This will help retain the crispy crust we love so very much…
