Ever have a craving for pie while you're trying to watch your weight? Of course, we all have! Here's some super-easy,  craving demolishing,  low cal mini pie bites that will make your taste buds sing. All of these little guys are made with every-day things you pretty much always have in your pantry, so you can whip them up anytime the need arises. Enjoy!

  • Banana Cream- Vanilla Wafer, Banana slice, Whipped Topping
  • Coconut Cream- Vanilla Wafer, Coconut mixed with  Whipped Topping (add a drop or two coconut extract if you have it)
  • Chocolate Cream- Vanilla Wafer, Chocolate Chips melted, Whipped Topping
  • Lemon Cream- Vanilla Wafer, Whipped Cream with a drop or two of Lemon juice or Lemon extract
  • Peanut Butter Cream- Vanilla Wafer, Peanut Butter, Whipped Topping
  • Pecan- Vanilla Wafer, Butterscotch Chips- melted, Pecan half, Whipped Topping
  • Strawberry Cream- Vanilla Wafer, Strawberry Jam, Whipped Topping
