This time of year, you will want to keep this delicious pumpkin dessert recipe handy for all those parties and holiday events. This 5 minute pumpkin fluff dip is the perfect fall dessert-not only is this one a big hit with any crowd- it's ready in like 5 minutes tops!! The creamy texture combined with warm fall flavors makes it our go to pumpkin pie dip.

Take this easy pumpkin fluff dip to your halloween party, fall festivals, office parties and would make a great addition to your Thanksgiving dessert table. I love to pour the dip into a graham cracker pie crust and make the easiest no-bake pumpkin pie. We love pumpkin season!

Ingredients

  • Can of Pumpkin puree-not pumpkin pie filling
  • Instant Pudding mix- I used sugar free vanilla
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Topping- I used sugar free or make your own whipped cream using heavy whipping cream if you prefer.

Instructions

In a medium bowl,mix together the pumpkin, pudding mix, spice and vanilla.

Fold in the whipped topping and continue gently stirring until fully mixed.

Variations

  • For a lower carb, diabetes friendly version, try using sugar free pudding mix and sugar free whipped topping.
  • No pumpkin pie spice? Use cinnamon, nutmeg and/or cloves.

Storage

Be sure to store any leftover pumpkin fluff in the refrigerator. Place the fluff in an airtight container and use within 3 days.

What to serve with pumpkin fluff

  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree canned
  • vanilla pudding mix regular (3.4 oz box)or sugar free (1 oz box)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping regular or sugar free

    Is the nutritional information with the regular pudding and whipped topping? Or the sugar free versions?
