- Lean Ground Beef
- Grated Cheese
- Chili Seasoning/Taco Seasoning (lower sodium if available)
- Lower Carb Pizza Sauce or Marinara

- Salad Dressing- (Southwestern type if desired)

Week of Low Carb Meals
MONDAY- Chopped Rotisserie Chicken Salad: Salad of spinach, tomatoes, grated cheese, hard boiled egg and rotisserie chicken. Serve with salad dressing of choice.
