Do you need to defrost fish if using frozen? Thx.
easyhealth living
Yes, I usually let my fish defrost first. Hope you enjoy!

do you have a favorite fish you use? My husband is very picky with fish tasting "fishy"
easyhealth living
I like to use catfish and also grouper. These fish are really mild so you don't get that "fishy" taste as much. Good luck and let me know how it turns out!

I buy japanese catfish. Its individually packaged and half the price of talipia or any other fish and its excellent 🙂
