Make a batch of bbq chicken using your oven! This recipe gives you an authentic flavor even if you don't own a grill. Be sure to choose a low sugar bbq sauce to help keep the carb count lower.

The Main Ingredients
- Chicken- use your favorite pieces or chicken halves/quarters. You may also use Cornish hen halves if desired.
- Rotisserie Seasoning-
- Low carb bbq sauce- choose your favorite.
How to make this recipe:
Step 1- Place chicken in foil lined pan and add seasonings.
Step 2- Bake chicken then drain pan.
Step 3- Brush with bbq sauce, then return to oven. Baste several times with bbq sauce while cooking.
Expert Tips:
- Line pan with foil for easy clean up.
- Dry chicken skin well to help form crispy crust. (May use skinless chicken if desired.)
- Liberally sprinkle chicken with rotisserie seasoning prior to baking for delicious flavor.

Low Carb Oven BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 Organic Chicken Halves or 4 thighs/legs
- Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
- 4 oz . BBQ Sauce (preferably low sugar)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place chicken in a foil lined baking pan.
- Sprinkle chicken with rotisserie chicken seasoning.
- Roast chicken for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven and drain pan if needed. Brush with BBQ sauce.
- Return chicken to oven and roast for 30 minutes. Baste with bbq sauce after 15 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven and allow to set 5-10 minutes before serving.
