this looks so yummy! I'd like to make this granola, but we live in germany and don't really know what "five grain cereal" is. Could I buy raw oats or some other type of grain? Is it hard and crunchy like grape nuts or someting? thanks!

Hi Jen- Thanks for checking out my granola recipe! You can definitely use whatever grains you have available in your area. Here's a link to the product I used so you can see the actual ingredients- http://www.bobsredmill.com/5-grain-rolled-cereal.html
Good luck with your recipe and let me know how it turns out. I'm sure it will be delicious!

I’m interested in making this recipe but would like to know the serving size and if brown sugar sweetener can be used as a substitute for the brown sugar and honey. Thanks for your help.

The serving size is approx 1/2 cup. I have never used brown sugar substitute sweetener in this recipe. If you use that, let me know how it turned out!
