- 1 small onion , chopped
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 # lean ground beef
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with herbs
- 8 oz . tomato sauce
- teaspoon cinnamon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small cabbage , chopped
In a large skillet, heat oil then add onions, garlic and ground beef.
Brown ground beef, then add tomatoes, tomato sauce and cinnamon.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add cabbage and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cover.
