How To Make Low Carb Salsa Chicken:
Step 1: Place chicken tenders in an oven safe casserole dish. You may use chicken breast instead if you wish.
Step 2: Use you favorite low carb salsa. If you prefer, you may make your own.
Pour salsa over chicken tenders. Place in oven to bake until tenders are fully cooked.
Step 3: Place cheese over salsa chicken and melt (if desired).

Low Carb Salsa Chicken
- 12 oz chicken tenders
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 slices cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 ℉.
- Place chicken in an ovenproof pan then pour salsa over.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken temp reaches 165 ℉. Place cheese slices over salsa chicken then return pan to oven to melt cheese.
