This is the companion recipe for Easy Greek Chicken when used as a wrap or in a Greek salad. You will have plenty of dip, so be sure to have some fresh veggies or whole wheat pita bread on hand to use as dippers. I find the flavor is best after the dip has set for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
