The total carb count is 13 - there are several varieties of low carb wraps if you want to tweak that number to get it lower. Also, you could add in a few olives or a sprinkle of meat if desired without bumping the carb level much.

Why this recipe works:

  • Uses low carb tortillas crisped in the oven for the ultimate time saving pizza crust.
  • Cheese spread for a creamy base layer to build on.
  • Use your favorite toppings to vary the flavors- olives, herbs, meat if desired.
  • Great way to use up avocados other than guacamole!
  • Ready in 10 minutes!

The main ingredients

  • Tortillas - use low carb or regular flour tortilla
  • Cheese spread- choose your favorite flavor
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Avocado- ripe avocado works best
  • Parmesan cheese- sprinkle on top
  • Toppings- these are the optional extras you might want- olives, pesto, herbs, chicken, other veggies

Frequently Asked Questions

Does avocado go on pizza?

Avocado is usually eaten raw or uncooked. In this pizza recipe, it is only in the oven a brief time to allow the cheese on top to melt.

Can you put avocado in the fridge?

Place your uncut avocado in the fridge to keep it fresh until you are ready to use it. This will slow ripening and make it last a bit longer.
