10 Minute Avocado Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla low carb
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese swiss (or your favorite)
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes sliced
- ½ avocado sliced
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- Place tortilla on a baking sheet and broil until crispy-this takes only a few minutes! Flip tortilla over and broil other side until crispy. (Watch tortilla carefully to prevent overcooking.)
- Spread laughing cow cheese evenly over tortilla, then add tomatoes and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle cheese over all and place under broiler just until cheese melts.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
